Brunello Cucinelli woont en werkt in de buurt van Florence. Voor Elsevier STIJL mannenmode herst/winter 2014/15 interviewde ik de Italiaans modeontwerper – die ook als weldoener bekend staat – in zijn prettige kantoor en fabriek aldaar. Voor datzelfde magazine schreef ik een stukje over de aanwezigheid van honden in mannenmode. Voor het vrouwenmodenummer interviewde ik ontwerper MariaLux.
I had the pleasure of writing several articles for the Elsevier STIJL men and women’s fashion in fall/winter 2014/15. For the men’s edition I interviewed the interesting Italian designer Brunello Cucinelli in his hometown near Florence, and also wrote a short piece on the representation of dogs (yes, really) in men’s contemporary fashion. For the women’s edition I interview designer MariaLux.
